**GENERAL PROVISIONS**

the electronic environment before the establishment of the distance sales

In cases where the performance of the contract becomes impossible for the

distance sales contract, the SELLER shall notify the BUYER in writing within 3
days from the date of learning of this situation and shall refund the total
price to the BUYER within 14 days.

The BUYER, in case the contract is not fulfilled for justifiable reasons or if
the product or service subject to the order is not available in stock, shall be
informed about this situation. The amount paid by the BUYER shall be returned
to them in cash and at once within 14 days.
